01. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We offer a fixed price service. Either you can select from a range of individual photography, video and Amazon specific packages. This also includes a range of combination packages which include a mixture of photography, video and graphic design.

Alternatively we also offer a per shot pricing that is based on the number of total images you need. The more images you order, the cheaper the price per photo. If you require lifestyle or models, you simply add on the price per photo bolt ons to the price per photo.

02. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY IMAGES OR PRODUCT VIDEO

Images and videos are normally delivered to you within 10 working days from the date of the product being received, and the invoice being paid.If your shoot requires models, produce and prop sourcing, or specific styling and preparation this does require more time prior to booking in the shoot.If you require Infographics, Graphic Design or Amazon Storefront Design. This can increase delivery time by a further 4 working days.

03. WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE MY PRODUCT TO BE RE-SHOT?

If we have made a mistake we would be happy to reshoot or find a solution in edit free of charge. We want you to be 100% happy with our services and the content delivered.

Re-shoots for subjective reasons or as a result of product failure will be charged at 50% of the original price invoiced.

To avoid any miscommunication we have a live brief which will be approved by yourself before we can send you the invoice. This means that you will know exactly what we plan on shooting prior to the shoot.

04. HOW ARE MY IMAGES OR VIDEO DELIVERED?

As standard images are delivered by an electronic download link. You do not need to sign up for any file transfer service to receive the images. Simply click the link and they will download automatically.

Graphic design work and infographics are supplied via a review folder initially. Where you can annotate the image with comments to provide any feedback for amends. Once the images are signed off, they will be sent via an electronic download link as above.

Videos are initially sent via a review link. Enabling you to leave time specific feedback on frames for any amends if required. Then once the video is signed off, this will be sent via an electronic download link as well.

07. WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY IMAGES, VIDEO, OR DESIGN WORK?

Payment is required up front before we can book in a shoot. Once the quotation is approved. Our team will work with you to prepare and confirm a detailed photography, video and or design brief. We can then send the invoice on the basis of the final and confirmed brief.

Payment is required via bank transfer and is the preferred method of payment. Alternatively we can send a payment link to pay via card or PayPal.

To keep costs as low as possible, we have a streamlined process to allow a 24 hour operation. Due to this we are a remote service and cannot accommodate studio visits whilst the shoot is in progress.

However if it is critical that you attend please give us a call and we can discuss a bespoke service and quotation.

05. WHAT FORMAT WILL BE IMAGES OR VIDEO BE DELIVERED IN?

As standard we send images in 2 different formats. A high resolution JPEG @ 5000px and a WEB JPEG optimised for use online and to use on Amazon and social media @ 1500px.

If we are creating Amazon Enhanced Brand Content or Amazon Storefront, images will be supplied in the suitable sizes to suit the appropriate modules.

The final video output will be supplied in MP4 format. Specifications will be adjusted to suit the location of intended use.

06. AM I LIMITED ON HOW & WHERE I CAN USE MY CONTENT?

Each image and video is supplied on a royalty free basis with a global usage licence. This means that you are free to use the images as many times as you like, and where you like without ever having to pay extra annual licensing fees.

Please note: We retain the rights of the delivered images and the photographs, videos or design work may not be re-sold to a third party without written permission.

08. HOW DO I GET MY PRODUCTS BACK?

Once the project is signed off, we can post your product back to you using our next business day courier service when booked before 1PM. This service is charged at £12.50 + VAT per parcel up to 30KG volumetric weight.

This cost will be added onto your quote initially. If you are local you are more than welcome to drop off and collect the products. Alternatively you are more than welcome to arrange for your own collection of any products.

09. DO YOU KEEP BACK UP COPIES OF OUR IMAGES OR VIDEOS?

We have dedicated off site back ups for a period of 3 months. If you lose your images and need anything to be resupplied there is an administration charge of £45 to un-archive and resupply the images or video.

07. HOW DO I CREATE A BRIEF FOR THE IMAGES, VIDEO OR DESIGN WORK I NEED?

As standard we cannot release any un-edited images, raw footage or master graphic design files.

All of our product images are supplied with a clipping bath embedded in the file. We will always deliver graphic images to you with and without graphics so you have both versions.

We can output an additional video with and without graphic callouts should you require this.

We have created image brief and video brief templates, these will be a live document hosted on google drive. Allowing a collaborative process between our briefing team and yourself.

Contact us requesting a brief template, and informing us what kind of content or how many images you need.

You can either fill the table at the top of the brief, and our team can create a full proposal for you. Alternatively if you know what you need, you can fill in the full brief and send it back to us to review and provide a formal quotation.
